YOU ARE NOT ALONE
Welcome!
Making the choice to seek out counseling can feel overwhelming and uncomfortable, so I’m glad you’ve found your way here!
As a counselor specializing in anxiety disorders, trauma recovery, and couples’ issues, I understand the profound impact these challenges can have on our lives and relationships.
My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, collaboration, and evidence-based techniques tailored to your unique needs. Whether you’re struggling to navigate the overwhelming grip of anxiety, seeking to heal from past traumas, or yearning to strengthen the bond with your partner, know that you’re in a safe and non-judgmental space.
I believe in the resilience of the human spirit, the transformative power of therapy, and the strength that lies within each of us to rewrite our stories.
You don’t have to face these challenges alone. Let’s embark on this journey together, towards a brighter, more empowered tomorrow.
With the flexibility and convenience of teletherapy, you can participate in therapy from the comfort of your own home (with a cat in your lap, or your dog sitting beside you). As long as you have a private place to talk, you can participate in teletherapy from anywhere.
I look forward to hearing from you!
